The Passive or Active Bitcoiner Which One Are You?
The definition of passive is accepting or allowing what happens or what others do, without active response or resistance. When anyone starts their bitcoin journey they often fall down the rabbit hole and begin to find new rabbit holes. In most if not all cases they find themselves consumed with reading all the bitcoin books they can get their hands on, and also consuming all the bitcoin podcasts and media. It is a weird obsession that I fell into myself. There is so much knowledge and information that helps one better understand oneself, and also what is going on in this clown world we see unfolding right before our very eyes.
Just watching these things come to pass and not being able to do much, but able to explain to others the cause of such events, informing and giving source material for others to look into and use their own brain to decide for themselves. Often times they get weird looks, labels such as conspiracy theorists, and called crazy. To those that it makes sense they have ears to hear and eyes to see but maybe have yet to make the connections. We are starting to see this shift as people are beginning to see the same things, but thanks to a bunch of centralized media they are veered into the wrong perceptions and information, however still they find it hard to believe and fail to actually hear these words of truth. Could be that they are scared like Cypher in the first Matrix film, he meets with one of the agents in the film who is the antagonist of the movie, and reveals he wants to be plugged back into the matrix where he wants to be rich and eat steak. Is there anything wrong with being rich and eating steak absolutely not, however he chooses this so he does not have to worry about fighting the good fight and helping the protagonists of the film. He would rather live under an umbrella of "protection" and be passive as evil consumes the world and mankind.
Now enter the Active bitcoiner the definition of active is engaging or ready to engage in physically energetic pursuits. These types of people are the builders, the organizers, the developers, the ones who get tired of reading and watching from the side lines. They have made it a priority to do something about all the wrongs they see in the world.
It gets to a point where reading is no longer enough and you begin to form a plan and execute on that plan. Once you understand and know what your up against you are able to execute one step at a time one day at a time. You start becoming active, applying all the information that was consumed during your passive phase and begin putting it into practice.
This has been a practice that is as old as time even in the bible it talks about being active. Matthew 28:19 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations." Another example of this is from the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill written in 1937. Applied means ACTION! Faith without ACTION is dead. Faith is the art of BELIEVING BY DOING. The difference between bitcoiners and the none coiners is that our castles are built on a foundation of truth while many proceed to build on top of sand. With this truth bitcoiners are able to reveal a lot and stand firm on their words and actions without being swayed by others. Wake up! Be the light, have faith, and keep steady on your bitcoin journey. Do it for all your loved ones through acting and doing. You may start to see those same people who were calling you crazy coming back to you asking even more questions. Do not get upset or frustrated show them love and compassion for we too were once lost as well.
